I managed the communication of the mall Reflets at Compans Caffarelli, Toulouse, for everything communication related for more than 2 years. The objective was to support the restructuring of the mall with a modern and trendy image.
The full programs included :
- a full benchmark of the communication of the mall
- a brand new visual identity
- social networks management (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
- redesign of all of the communication supports
- redesign of all of the mall signage
- A big game with 10 electric scooters to win
- 5 phases of communications during the year, accompanied with social contests and rewards, events and special week-ends
The communication plan included :
- press advertisements
- radio advertisements
- local TV advertisement
- Display (print and digital RTB) advertisement
- Metro advertisement
- A mobile ad campaign (mobile Drive 2 Store)
