On the design, the custody model and the regulatory perimeter, yes. I do not act as an issuer, a placement agent or an investment adviser.

That is the most common request. A two-week review usually finds either a missing redemption path or a trust assumption nobody wrote down.

It is treated as a design input. Classification of the asset, the service, and the reporting obligations, mapped before the architecture is frozen so the compliance work is not a rewrite.
