Yes. Risk classification, technical documentation, human oversight design and the internal register. I treat it as a design constraint from day one rather than a compliance layer bolted on at the end.

A narrow, well-scoped use case with clean data access usually reaches production quality in four to six weeks. The bottleneck is almost never the model, it is access to data and a clear owner.
