During my journey in Cetif Advisory, I’ve had the privilege of spearheading the development and management of the website for our groundbreaking “Institutional DeFi for Security Token” project. This innovative initiative explored the intersection of decentralized finance (DeFi) and security tokens within an institutional framework.
Project overview:
The “Institutional DeFi for Security Token” project aimed to bridge the gap between traditional financial institutions and the burgeoning world of DeFi, focusing specifically on security tokens. It was part of a sandbox phase, allowing for experimentation and development of new financial products and services in a controlled environment.
I managed the project as a Senior Advisor and project leader.
While the website is currently offline following the completion of the sandbox phase, it served as a crucial hub for information, engagement, and collaboration during the project’s active period.
My role on website development:
As the sole developer and manager of the project’s website, I wore multiple hats:
- Website development:
- Built on WordPress CMS for flexibility and ease of use
- Customized design through extensive CSS modifications and theme development
- Ensured responsive design for optimal viewing across all devices
- Content creation and management:
- Developed and maintained 3 informative pages detailing the project’s objectives, methodology, and outcomes
- Implemented a dynamic blog section for updates and insights
- Managed a newsletter system to keep stakeholders informed
- User experience:
- Created an intuitive navigation structure
- Implemented contact forms for easy communication
- Developed comprehensive disclaimer and policy pages to ensure legal compliance
- Technical optimization:
- Ensured fast loading times and smooth performance
- Implemented SEO best practices for improved visibility
- Security and compliance:
- Maintained rigorous security standards to protect sensitive information
- Ensured GDPR compliance in data collection and management
This project not only showcased my technical skills in web development but also deepened my understanding of the creation of a media support for an institutional solution. It was a unique opportunity to contribute to a project at the forefront of financial innovation.
