Website creation & Brand Identity: Fideiussioni Digitali (Blockchain-based B2B Securities solution)

While working at Cetif Advisory as a Blockchain & AI Senior Advisor, I had the privilege to showcase my communication and marketing skills for the ‘Fideiussioni Digitali’ project. This initiative represents a milestone in the digitalization of surety bonds in Italy, leveraging blockchain technology to revolutionize how banks and insurance companies manage guarantees. I participated to the marketing and communication aspects of this project as outlined below.

Project overview:

Fideiussioni Digitali mission is to transform the traditional surety bonds landscape by creating a secure, transparent digital platform for financial institutions. The project, developed in collaboration with key stakeholders in the italian an european tech and financial landscape, is focused on providing a reliable solution for banks and insurance companies to digitally manage and verify guarantees, effectively reducing fraud risks.

The website www.fideiussionidigitali.it continues to serve as the primary hub for information and engagement, showcasing the project’s innovative approach to B2B stakeholders in the banking and insurance sectors.

My role on branding and website development:

As the lead for communication and marketing strategy, I was responsible for creating a comprehensive brand identity and digital presence:

  1. Brand identity development:
    • Created the project’s logo and visual identity from scratch
    • Established basic brand guidelines for consistent communication
    • Designed marketing materials (brand presentation and powerpoint template) aligned with the institutional nature of the project
  2. Website / Landing Page development:
    • Conceptualized and created the landing page structure (using a CMS with plugins and Elementor)
    • Ensured a professional and trustworthy design fitting for financial institutions
    • Maintained a clear and effective B2B communication approach
  3. Content strategy:
    • Proposed the initial framework and content organization based on the project’s existing materials
    • Created compelling copy that effectively communicated complex financial concepts
    • Managed the content review process with colleagues
    • Ensured technical accuracy while maintaining accessibility for the target audience
  4. Strategic communication:
    • Developed clear value propositions for institutional stakeholders
    • Created content that balanced technical detail with business benefits
  5. Quality assurance:
    • Managed the approval process with hierarchy / project PM
    • Ensured alignment with regulatory requirements
    • Assured quick corrections from feedback loops.

This project holds special significance for me: despite the complex nature of the initiative, I was given remarkable flexibility and creative freedom to shape the brand and landing page communication strategy. The confidence they showed in my judgment allowed me to work efficiently and creatively, turning around the entire brand identity and website in less than two weeks – a testament to both the smooth collaboration with the team and my ability to quickly grasp and translate complex concepts into compelling communications.
